Recipes

Curves Cereal Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. canola or vegetable oil
1/2 c. fat-free liquid egg substitute (or 2 eggs)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. Curves Whole Grain Crunch cereal
1/4 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat over to 350 F. In large bowl, beat sugar, butter, oil, egg substitute and vanilla extract, with electric mixer on low speed until blended. With a spoon, stir in flour, oats, baking powder and baking soda until well mixed. Stir in cereal and chocolate chips.

On UNgreased baking sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about two inches apart.

Bake 14-17 min. or until set. Cool one minute. Remove from baking sheet to a cooling rack.

Makes 48.
